Linda & Mikey

Linda's Biography:  Linda is the writer of the Canine and Feline Report. Linda & her husband are responsible for the rescue of many homeless animals over the years. An active contributor to the Humane Society, Linda currently cares for 7 cats and 2 dogs at her home in Northwest, Connecticut. Always on the look out for new strays that visit the property, food and shelter offered to all. The animals that have come to live with Linda have taught her a great deal about life and survival.

Her love of astrology surfaced as a teenager. First being introduced to I Ching and the Tarot she continued to study metaphysical subjects and divination eventually concentrating on Astrology as her main interest. Using a variety of information from books by Heindel, Jess Stearn, Edward Whitman and Llewellyn George she developed her own beliefs about Astrology.

A professional Astrologer since 1974 she began interpreting charts while attending nursing school. Before long most of the other students and faculty were asking for astrological advice. Astrology has been a constant in her life for over 30 years. It has assisted her in caring for the animals she lives with as well as her patients. A Registered Nurse, Linda finds the use of following daily transits important in the type of work she does. Intensive Care Nursing is all about anticipating change. By applying transits you can see how change is evident and what precipitates that change.  Patient activity and admissions are greatly influenced by the  transits. Being prepared can be the finest reward in this sort of work and. when you find yourself applying some of these examples its a special gift or enhancement.
